The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to strike off the name of the petitioner from the Complaint filed by the respondent No. 2 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the contention before the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
