The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR No. 0192/2019 under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 dated 25.11.2019 registered at Police Station Jaffarpur Kalan. 4.
It is submitted in the petition that the girl, who was aged about 16 years, was found missing and the missing report to that effect was made to the Police Station Jaffarpur Kalan, Delhi and the FIR No. 0192/2019 under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 was registered. 5.

suspected accused on account of the family settlement and no issues are left pending.

Therefore, it is submitted that the FIR No. 0192/2019 under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 be quashed. 7.
The Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, submits that she has been handed over the file only a month back. She had contacted the complainant who had also informed that the girl has got married and when she asked for the address, the complainant refused to give the same. 8.
It is submitted that the present matter is being proceeded as per law. 9.
None is present on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
