The criminal revision petition filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks revision of impugned order dated 26th February, 2021, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, West District, Special Court under POCSO Act, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi to the extent that it does not consider the charges under Sections 374 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, under Sections 23 and 26 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, and under Section 14 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, to be time barred. 2.
