Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the order dated 3.9.2019 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Shahdara, Delhi, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to move a fresh bail application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the Trial Court. The Trial Court shall dispose of the said application, without being influenced by the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-04(Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi, dated 21.8.2019.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
