The learned APP points out that the trial is at a final stage and, in fact, is now listed for the statement of the accused. 3.

Keeping in view the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn, with a request to the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of three months of the first listing of the same before it, post this Order.

In case, there is a delay in the conclusion of the trial for reasons not attributable to the Applicant, the Applicant shall be entitled to file a fresh application for seeking Bail.
