HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT

% 12.09.2019 Vide the present application, the applicant seeks bail in pursuance to FIR No.577/2014 registered at Police Station Anand Parbat for the offences punishable under section 325/377/384/511/34 IPC & 4/6/14 of POCSO Act. In view of the serious allegations against the petitioner, I find no merit to grant bail to the petitioner. Moreover, the child victim has supported the case of the prosecution.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
