The present proceedings are instituted under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 0143/2021 registered under Sections 376/384 IPC read with Section 6 of POCSO Act at Police Station Nangloi, Delhi on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes.

Considering the fact that prosecutrix is yet to be examined before the Trial Court, no ground to entertain the present petition is made out. 3.
