Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submitted that they have no objection in case the orders dated 31.7.2019 and 28.8.2019 passed by the Appellate Court are modified to the extent that the petitioners shall deposit 50% of the cheque amount within four weeks. 2.

Accordingly, in view of the no objections, the orders dated 31.7.2019 and 28.8.2019 are modified to the extent that the petitioners are allowed to deposit the 50% amount of the dishounoured cheque, i.e. Rs.7.25 lacs, before the Appellate Court within four weeks from today. In case the petitioners fail to deposit the sum of Rs.7.25 lacs within four weeks, the Appellate Court may pass appropriate order in the appeal, as

per law.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the aforesaid directions, he is not pressing the present petition and he may be allowed to withdraw the same. 4.
