The present petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking that the respondent no.2 i.e. the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kapashera be directed to decide the petitioner's application dated 30.04.2024 (filed on 01.07.2024) seeking adjudication and certification of Stamp Duty of the Dealership Agreement dated 17.11.2018 entered into between the petitioner and M/s Kani Choice Automotive, be decided at the earliest. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the application shall be decided within a period of four weeks from today. 3.
