She prayed that this Court may accordingly dismiss the matter as not pressed. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection to the same.

In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed as the parties are not interested in contesting the matter any further.
