The present petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes arising between the parties under a Master Lease Agreement dated 02.07.2013.

The Order dated 19.09.2024 discloses that CIRP proceedings have been initiated against the Respondent and, therefore, the present petition has been consigned sine die.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by giving a liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court again in case such need arises in future or claim still survives.
