Respondent/Contemnor, who is present in Court and is an advocate by profession, has filed an affidavit of unconditional apology dated 05.05.2024 whereby he extends his unconditional apology for his conduct and further undertakes not to repeat such conduct in future.

Keeping in view the fact that the unconditional apology/affidavit of respondent/contemnor is on record whereby he has extended his unconditional apology for his conduct and has also undertaken not to repeat such conduct in future, we, hereby, accept the unconditional apology/affidavit of the respondent/contemnor and discharge him from the contempt proceedings.
