O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over two Demand Drafts bearing Nos. 509253 and 509266 amounting to a total of Rs. 1,20,000/-. He further submits that further amount of Rs. 60,000/- shall be paid to the respondent on 20th March, 2024, when the matter is listed before the Family Court.

This Court has perused the Child Counselor's Report dated 08 February, 2024 as given by Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to close the present petition.

the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied at this stage if the respondent undertakes that a voice note be sent to the petitioner twice in a year by the two daughters, informing the petitioner-father about their progress and well being.

Learned counsel for respondent, upon instructions from the respondent, who is present in court, submits that the respondent has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, this Court records the undertaking given by the respondent, who is present in court, that the two daughters shall send a voice note twice in a year, informing the petitioner-father about their progress and well being in education.

Learned counsels for the parties further submit that visitation with both the daughters is already fixed on 30th March, 2024, in terms of the order passed by the Guardianship Court.

Recording the aforesaid statement and undertaking, the present contempt petition is closed and the same is accordingly disposed of, along with pending applications.
