Learned counsel for the parties submit that parties have settled their disputes and settlement dated 01.02.2020 has been executed and pursuant thereto respondent had surrendered his tenancy and handed over the peaceful vacant possession of the tenanted premises.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
