Bail Appln.2269/2019 Vide the present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in pursuance to FIR No.485/2019 registered at Police Station Mehrauli for the offences punishable under section 325/354/341/506/34 of the IPC.

In view of the fact that the complainant received grievous injury and thereafter section 308 of IPC has been added, I find no irregularity and perversity in the impugned order.

Finding no merit in the present application, the same is accordingly dismissed.
