The learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that Original Applications seeking similar relief as the one claimed in the present petition, with respect to the grant of the benefits of the AGIF Disability Cover Policy, are pending adjudication before the learned Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (in short, 'AFT'), and are now listed on 19.05.2025.

She also places reliance on an Order dated 12.08.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 4477/2021, titled Col SK Mukherjee (Retd) v. Army Group Insurance Fund & Ors., wherein a petition raising a similar issue was transferred to the learned AFT. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner requests that this petition be also transferred to the learned AFT.
