% 05.08.2024 Acting in the capacity as the taxation officer, I was to determine the costs incurred by the plaintiff in this suit. The registry has calculated the costs incurred by the plaintiff in paying the court fees @ Rs. 10,18,984.80/- (Ten lakhs, eighteen thousand nine hundred eight four and eighty paise only). No further costs are being claimed, hence not calculated by the registry. Hence the aforesaid costs are granted in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant.

The registry shall now complete the necessary formalities for the preparation of the final decree.
