% 01.07.2025 CRL.M.A. 18215/2025(seeking reduction of cash bond amount) 1.
On 28th May, 2025, on an application filed by the Applicant, the bail order dated 15th January, 2025 was modified and the Applicant was directed to be released on furnishing a personal bond and cash deposit for INR 50,000/-. It is submitted that the Applicant is unable to arrange this amount and makes a request for the amount to be reduced to INR 25,000/-. 2.
Ms. Anushree Narain, Senior Standing Counsel for Customs, on the other hand, opposes the present application stating that commercial quantity of heroin was involved.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, as narrated in the application, and considering the fact that the Applicant is unable to take benefit of the bail order only on account of failure to comply with the aforenoted condition, the present application is allowed and accordingly, the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. bail condition as modified by order dated 28th May, 2025, is further modified in the following terms:
