Learned counsel for the Petitioners points out that the only remaining Petitioner has now also entered a settlement with the School and a Settlement Agreement dated 29.08.2024 has been executed in this behalf before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Copy of the Settlement Agreement has been handed over and is taken on record. This fact is acknowledged by learned counsel for the Respondent School. 2.
