Vide the present petition, the Petitioner has challenged the impugned Interim Orders dated 03.04.2025 and 05.05.2025 passed by the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi ["DRAT"]. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that vide Order dated 03.04.2025, the learned DRAT directed the Appellant herein to return the original title documents of the property in question to the bank within one week and the parties were directed to maintain status quo in respect of the property in question till the next date of hearing, however, vide Order dated 05.05.2025, the interim Order dated 03.04.2025 was not extended.

not mention about the vacation of direction qua maintaining status quo passed by learned DRAT vide Order dated 03.04.2025. Therefore, it is open for the Appellant to move an appropriate application before the learned DRAT seeking clarification of the said order. 4.
In view of above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the orders passed by the learned DRAT.
