This writ petition has been preferred by the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking several reliefs against Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (DMRC), including a challenge to his transfer order.

After canvassing some arguments, Petitioner who appears in person, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal in view of the judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. Union of India and Others, (1997) 3 SCC 261, since DMRC is an organisation notified under Section 14 of The Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. 3.
