Through this writ petition, Petitioner seeks a direction to Respondents No. 1 and 2 to dispossess Respondent No. 3 from property bearing no. 132E, Dilshad Gargen, Opposite LIC Colony, Delhi-110095. 2.

In the opinion of the Court, no fundamental or legal right is said to be breached that needs to be addressed through the present petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950. 3.

In light of the above, counsel for Petitioner, after making some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to apply to the Court through other legal remedies, as available under law.
