W.P.(C) No.1026/2016 and CM Appl. No.4482/2016 (stay) Respondent no. 1 has issued show cause notice to the petitioner, which has been assailed in this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petitioner has filed reply to the show cause notice. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition against the show cause notice

as the matter has yet to be adjudicated and the orders have to be passed by the respondent no. 1. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that opportunity of hearing will be afforded to the petitioner before passing the sealing order.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be given opportunity to file additional reply bringing out detailed facts. Accordingly, petitioner is granted opportunity to file additional reply before the respondent no.1 within three days. Thereafter, respondent no. 1 shall afford the opportunity of personal hearing to petitioner and pass speaking order, after noting down the contentions raised by the petitioner. Order be also communicated to the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.

Copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for petitioner under the signatures of Court Master.
