The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner against the respondents seeking the following reliefs:

"(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2024 and decide the same within the time bound manner, as this Hon‟ble Court deems it fit and proper in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case.
