The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 and 2, to take appropriate action against the illegal construction, being raised by respondent no. 3 on the land falling in Khasra No. 30/22, total measuring 2 bigha 1 biswa, situated in Village Jindpur, Delhi.

Status Report dated 12th September, 2025, has been filed on behalf of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), the relevant portions of which, read as under:

Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report shows that no construction is being undertaken in the property in question. 4.

June, 2023 passed by the District Magistrate (North), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi ("GNCTD"), which is reproduced as under:

Reading of the aforesaid order clearly shows that status quo order with respect to the land in question, has already been passed. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Accordingly, it is clear that no construction is being undertaken and status quo order, as issued by the District Magistrate (North), GNCTD, is already operating with respect to the property in question. 7.

In view thereof, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition for the time being.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of.
