At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. He however, submits that the FSL with respect to the viscera report is still awaited, despite the fact that chargesheet was filed in the year 2021 and that charges are yet to be framed. 2.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that fresh efforts would be made to ensure that the viscera report is placed on record of the trial court as early as possible. In this regard, a priority letter from the concerned DCP would be immediately sent.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
