Learned APP for the State seeks a period of two weeks for filing the Status Report in compliance of the last order. 2.
However, this Court is of the prima facie opinion that the present petition is not maintainable, since, rather than exhausting the remedy available before the learned Revisional Court/ Sessions Court, the petitioner, vide the present petition, has sought to challenge the order dated 10.03.2022 passed by the learned MM (East), Karkardooma Courts, New Delhi in Complaint No. CT 462/2021, which is only permissible The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. under extraordinary circumstances. This Court finds that there are no such circumstances which the petitioner has been able to make out. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Needless to say, considering the facts and circumstances involved the learned Sessions Court shall adjudicate upon anything field afresh on the same facts and circumstances upon its own merits without being influenced by the order passed by this Court.
