The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR No.0101/2019 under Sections 323/354/34 of the IPC, registered with PS Anand Vihar an all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 3.
The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. 4.
Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. She states that she has resolved all her differences and disputes with the petitioners and does not wish to pursue the FIR in question.

The petitioners are also present in the Court and state that they have
no grievances against respondent no.2 as well. 6.
It is seen that the FIR in question was registered in relation to a scuffle between the petitioners and husband of respondent no.2, at a marriage. Respondent no.2 had alleged that she had intervened in the said fight and was also struck in the process. She had also alleged that the petitioners have misbehaved with her.

The petitioners undertake to this Court that they shall treat all women with respect and dignity. They are also cautioned that if any other incident of misbehaviour is found, the same shall invite serious consequences. They have understood the import of the undertaking given to this Court. 8.
In view of the undertaking given by the petitioners and the statement made by respondent no.2, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.
Accordingly, the FIR No. 0101/2019 under Sections 323/354/34 of the IPC, registered with PS Anand Vihar an all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
