We have perused the Certificate of Vending ('COV') which has been issued in favour of petitioners.

Petitioners have been categorized as mobile vendors and are bound to comply with condition no.11 of the COV.
3.
In such an eventuality, in case if the petitioners continue vending in accordance with terms and conditions of the COV, we see no impediment in the activity of petitioners being continued.
4.
However, we make it clear that in case, if found violating the conditions of COV, the respondents are at liberty to take action in accordance with law. 5.
Petitions stand disposed of, accordingly.

Pending applications, if any, are rendered infructuous. 7.
