The present petition has been filed with following relief: "a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature Certiorari quashing the Delhi Development Authority, law department no. F.19(Misc.)2021/SCN/l/836 dated 15.05.2024. b) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature Certiorari quashing the show cause notice bearing no.

F19(Misc.)2021/SCN/l/788 dated 18.01.2024.

c) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature Certiorari quashing the explanation call letter bearing no.

F19(Misc.)2021/SCN/l/803 dated 16.02.2024.

d) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature Mandamus or any other appropriate order directing the Respondent to clear the professional bills of the Petitioner in a time bound manner.

e) Issue a writ order or direction for conducting an inquiry into the manner in which the Respondents have compiled and submitted data with respect to land acquisition matters heard by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in three batches comprising of i) DDA vs Bhagirath Lal Mittal & Ors. SLP (C) Dy.No. 8141/2023, ii) GNCTD vs M/s K.L. Rathi Steels Ltd & Ors. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that for the time being the petitioner will be satisfied in case the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the writ petition be treated as representation by the Vice Chairman of the DDA and the same is disposed of in a time bound manner uninfluenced by the observations in the impugned decision dated 15.05.2024 3.

Mr. Sanjay Katyal, the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent DDA submits that the Court may pass necessary directions. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the Vice Chairman of the DDA to treat the present writ petition as representation and the same may be disposed of by speaking order within a period of four weeks from today uninfluenced by any observations made in the impugned order dated 15.05.2024.

The order passed by the Vice Chairman of the DDA may be communicated to the petitioner as well as to her counsel within a period of one week thereafter.

Needless to say that the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the Court against order that may be passed by the Vice Chairman, DDA if so advised.
