Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 490/2021 under Sections 498A and 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj, South West, New Delhi and all the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits that since the ChargeSheet has been filed, permission be granted to raise the challenges on the grounds stated herein before the appropriate proceedings. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
