Mr. Sharma, counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayers in the present writ petition have become infructuous. 2.

Counsel for the respondents have drawn attention of the Court to paragraph nos. 5 to 9 of the writ petition wherein personal remarks have been made against the Returning Officer appointed by this Court. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner has been informed that the Court take these remarks in a serious manner and this is unacceptable. 4.

Mr. Sharma, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner apologizes for making such personal comments/remarks about the Returning Officer. He assures the Court that no personal allegation shall be made in future against any of the advocates who are appearing in these writ petitions. 5.

The apology is accepted.
