This petition is filed seeking directions that the SBI E-Circular dated 28.08.2024 introducing "Special Pay" be made applicable retrospectively from 01.11.2017, the date when the anomaly in the pay among the Award Staff and Supervising Staff was created.

The grievance raised in the petition is that representation dated 25.01.2025 has not been considered by the respondent/bank till date. 3.
