Present application has been filed in a disposed of matter. The prayer clause in the present application is reproduced hereinbelow:- (a) Allow the present application and direct the Respondent No.3 i.e. Supreme Court Bar Association Multi-State Co-operative Group Housing Society to defer/postpone the General Body Meeting (GBM) scheduled for 12.07.2024 till the interim application of the Petitioner is decided by the Ld. Arbitrator (in terms of order dated 01.07.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court) ; Or in alternatively (b) Direct the Respondent No.3 to include the participation of the Petitioner in the General Body Meeting (GBM) scheduled for 12.07.2024 (c) Pass any other or further order, which deems fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the respondents state that they have no objection if only prayer (b) of the present application is allowed. The petitioner, who appears in person, prays that the application be allowed in terms of prayer (b).

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of in terms of prayer (b) of the present application.
