This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been filed with the following prayers:

"A. Issue appropriate directions to the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to forthwith correct the name of the Petitioner No. 1 from Priya Janki, D/o Kanwaljit Singh, R/o A-6, Greater Kailash, New Delhi to Priyananki Singh Sood, D/o Kanwaljit Singh, R/o A-6, Greater Kailash, New Delhi as owner of 1⁄4 share of the Properties bearing Khasra No. 27/20, 27/21, 28/16, 28/25, Khatani No. 65/59, Kila No. 5, Khata No. 316, situated at Village Bamnoli, Mehrauli, New Delhi admeasuring 18 Bighas and 4 Biswas, in the land revenue/ownership records maintained with regards to same; and B. Issue appropriate directions to the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to forthwith correct the name of the Petitioner No.

2 from Sapik Singh, D/o Kanwaljit Singh, R/o A-6, Greater Kailash, New Delhi to Rupika Singh, D/o Kanwaljit Singh, R/o A-6, Greater Kailash, New Delhi as owner of 1⁄4 share of the Properties bearing Khasra No. 27/20, 27/21, 28/16, 28/25, Khatani No. 65/59, Kila No. 5, Khata No. 316, situated at Village Bamnoli, Mehrauli, New Delhi admeasuring 18 Bighas and W.P.(C) 8349/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

4 Biswas, in the land revenue/ownership records maintained with regards to same; and/or C. Pass any other such Orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2.

Mr. Manashwy Jha, learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that the writ petition will be considered as a representation made by the petitioners and that necessary directions will be issued thereon within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

The petitioners have also impleaded two private respondents who are stated to be the co-owners of the subject property. If deemed necessary, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi will issue notice to the said co-owners before taking a final decision. 4.

The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
