Manish Lenka, a minor having visual impairment over 75%, through his father and natural guardian Gautam Lenka filed the instant petition seeking to direct Respondents No. 3 and 4 for providing assistive devices to him for the purpose of his education.

Counsel for the Petitioner states that the grievance urged in the petition stands redressed as the Petitioner has been provided with all the learning material and assisted devices.
