This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 BNSS for quashing of FIR no. 223/2023, under Section 336/34 IPC and 25/27 of Arms Act, registered at PS Jyoti Nagar.

Learned counsel who appears for the petitioner submits that parties have come to an amicable settlement.

Per contra, learned ASC who appears for the State submits that one more accused namely Sachin has since been arrested and the charge-sheet is likely to be filed within a period of 4 weeks. 4.
