% 20.09.2019 Learning counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of wrongful freezing of the bank accounts of the petitioner company has been brought to an end by the respondents vide their communications dated 17.09.2019 and the accounts of this petitioner has now been de-freezed.

A photocopy of the communication dated 17.09.2019 placed before the Court is taken on record.

Hence, in view of the aforesaid communication dated 17.09.2019, issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, New Delhi, this writ petition is disposed of.
