By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious trial in case bearing No. Cr. Cases 24847/2029 titled as "State vs. Jeevesh Sabharwal & Ors." arising out of FIR bearing No. 175/18, dated 05.09.2018, registered At Police Station EOW, South-East, New Delhi, under Sections 406/409/420/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter „IPC‟) .

Issue notice. The learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State. He submits that State has no objection in case the prayer made in the present writ petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to ensure that the trial in the aforesaid case proceeds expeditiously, since the FIR in this case pertains to the year 2018.
