Learned counsel for U.P. State Road Transport Corporation seeks clarification of the judgment dated 23rd December, 2016 to the extent that the liability of the appellant in the enhanced award amount along with interest is 70% and the balance 30% is to be borne by National Insurance Company Limited in terms of the impugned award. 2.

The judgment dated 23rd December, 2016 is clarified to the extent that

the liability of U.P. State Road Transport Corporation in the enhanced award amount along with interest thereon is 70% and the liability in respect of the balance 30% amount is of National Insurance Company Limited. 3.

Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation is directed to deposit 70% and National Insurance Company Limited is directed to deposit the balance 30% of the award amount along with interest thereon with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch by means of a cheque drawn in the name of UCO Bank A/c R.K. Sachdeva within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

The computation of the interest on the enhanced award amount along with the proof of deposit be filed within one week of the deposit. 5.

List for disbursement on 19th April, 2017.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
