The present petition seeks to assail the order dated 14.06.2024 vide which the petitioner has been directed to report at his place of posting in Tripura.

Even though having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Since, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already joined his new place of posting in terms of the impugned movement order, we are of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. The same is accordingly dismissed.
