Petitioner seeks release on parole for two months in case FIR No. 405/2017 of PS Shahbad Dairy for offence under Section 302 IPC. 3.

It is informed by learned ASC that the representation for grant of parole was sent by father of petitioner to the Home Department instead of sending the same to the Jail Superintendent for processing, so decision on the same got delayed.

However, learned ASC assures that the said parole representation submitted by father of the petitioner shall be decided within one week and conveyed to the petitioner.

In view of above statement, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh if need arises. 6.
