CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH
O R D E R
% 08.02.2017 CM No.5095/2017 (exemption) Allowed subject to all just exceptions.
RC.REV.59/2017 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the ARC has erroneously granted leave to defend to the respondent/tenant. He prays that instead of pursuing the remedy here it would be in the interest of justice that a direction is given to the ARC to expeditiously dispose of the Eviction Petition.
Keeping in view the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the ARC is requested to dispose of the Eviction Petition within one year from today. The petitioner or the respondent may not be ordinarily granted adjournment on the date when the matter is fixed. Petition and all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. Dasti.
