The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS (Section 482 of the CrPC) seeks following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to release the petitioner on 2nd Spell of furlough for a period of 02 weeks, b) And pass any other order or further orders, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice." 4.
