By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner/complainant seeks directions to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to expeditiously complete the inquiry of complaint no. 8174026072400006 filed at PS Prashant Vihar, Delhi.

Notice is accepted by learned ASC (Crl.) for the State. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that no action has been taken with respect to the aforesaid complaint filed by the petitioner on 02.04.2024 which was later transferred to PS Prashant Vihar, Delhi. He further contends that the allegations in the aforesaid complaint involve threats extended by a person claiming himself to be an official of Delhi The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Police. He submits that despite repeated reminders, the inquiry in the complaint is not completed.

Learned ASC (Crl.) states that the said person is still not identified, however assures the Court that an endeavour would be made to complete the inquiry within a period of four weeks from today. 6.
