Further to the order dated 29.07.2024, learned counsel for the parties submit that the present petition may be disposed of, reserving the rights and remedies of the parties in the proposed arbitral proceedings, and without prejudice to their rights to move the Court again, in the event circumstances so necessitate.

Mr. Ashutosh K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that settlement talks are at an advanced stage, and they will take their remedies available in law, if the settlement does not fructify. 3.
