% 02.07.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently two bail applications were filed which are Bail Appl. 2002/2024 and 2217/2024. Learned counsels for both parties submit that Bail Appl. 2002/2024 has already been dismissed by the roster bench vide order dated 31.05.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present application.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
