Mr. Piyush Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant submits that neither of the appellants is surviving and though he has attempted to contact the son of the appellant, he does not seem to be interested in pursuing the matter.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed with liberty to legal representatives of the appellants, should they be interested, to move an appropriate application for revival.
