Learned counsels for the parties submits that the matter has been amicable settled inter-se the parties and the petitioner has already transferred the Domain Name in favour of the respondent. There are no disputes which are surviving. It is also urged that there is no malafide on the part of the petitioner and in view of the settlement, the Award be not treated as a precedent and the findings therein may not be read against the parties and the objections may be accordingly disposed of in view of the settlement inter-se the parties.

In view of the submissions made, the objections under Section 34 of the Act are disposed of with the observations that any findings given in the present proceedings against the respondent of there being malafide shall not be treated as a finding of facts or be cited as a precedent. 3.

The present is accordingly disposed of.
