Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No.524/2021, under Section 354/506/509/34 IPC & Section 3(1)(S)/3(1)(W) SC & ST ACT, P.S. Govind Puri.

Learned Prosecutor submits that the charges have already been framed in the present matter and the appropriate remedy is to challenge the Order on Charge and not to seek quashing of the FIR.

Submissions heard and record perused.

Considering that the charges have already been framed, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the Order on Charge in accordance with law.
5.
No coercive action be taken against the Petitioner for 30 days till which time he may file an Application for grant of bail before the learned Trial Court.
